About The Job
Being the face of the company and being responsible for planning, managing, and executing a
wide variety of events ranging from Annual Day, employee meets, dealer conferences, Sales
Meet, townhalls & Award Nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle small & large format events
- Generate new income to an agreed annual target
- Coordinating with internal team for putting together the desired plan.
- Understand Client requirements, modification instructions, project brief & event
objectives - Negotiating with clients & closing the deal
- Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams
- Getting involved in event planning, meeting deadlines, coordinating with operations
team and creative team to execute as per client’s expectation. - Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries
- Oversee end to end activities from lead generation to post event summary as needed to
deliver flawless and memorable events - Work in collaboration with Client Servicing, Operations & Creative teams to grow the
events business - Handle escalations and delivery turnaround time appropriately
- Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution
- Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention and Post event
formalities like sending reports, feedback and testimonials from client, closing the event. - Take empowered decisions regarding your team as well as business negotiations
Desired Skills:
- Candidates must know the basics of events
- At least 2 years of client servicing & event management experience.
- Willing to travel
- Should have worked in event industry and aware of the dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Should be highly motivated, passionate and goal-oriented
- Highly Customer Focused
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
